Responsibilities:

• You will be Ecobase’s Finland coverage forest expert.
• You will develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new landowners to join our carbon projects.
• You will provide support and consultation to landowners when analysing the suitability of forest activities to our carbon projects.
• You will manage and nurture relationships with landowners who join our carbon projects, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our product and services.
• You will support forest carbon modelling efforts for afforestation and improved forest management growth curves.
• You will gather and analyse feedback from landowners to enhance our product offering.
• You will ensure customer success by understanding client needs, timely addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• You will work closely with the product team to prioritise and implement customer feedback to improve our client portal capabilities.
• You will help draft carbon project documentation.
